Set Up Email Inbox
To send and receive emails using your domain (e.g., [email protected]), you’ll need to set up an email provider. Google Workspace is one of the easiest and most reliable options.
Go to Google Workspace
Open Google Workspace in your browser.
Click Get Started Now.
Enter your business details and click Next.
Enter your contact information. The email you use here should be an existing email address you have access to (e.g., [email protected]).
Set Up Your Domain
When asked if you have a domain, select Yes, I have one that I can use.
Enter your domain name (e.g., yourrafflesite.com).
Google will ask you to verify that you own and want to use this domain.
Create Your First Email Address
Choose your first email address – this can be your name (e.g., [email protected]) or something more general like [email protected].
Set a secure password.
Click Continue.
Choose a Subscription Plan
Google Workspace will suggest a plan (usually higher than needed).
Complete the sign-up – you can downgrade later if needed.
Enter your payment details and accept the terms and conditions.
Verify Your Domain
Since your domain is connected to Cloudflare, Google should prompt you to verify ownership via Cloudflare.
Follow the instructions provided by Google.
Once verified, your domain is officially linked to Google Workspace.
Access Your Email
Log in to Gmail at https://mail.google.com.
You can now send and receive emails from [email protected].
