Managing Instant Winners
When you create an Instant Win, the system randomly assigns winning ticket numbers. If a customer buys a ticket & their number matches one of the pre-selected instant win numbers, they win instantly.

When you create an Instant Win, the system randomly assigns winning ticket numbers. If a customer buys a ticket & their number matches one of the pre-selected instant win numbers, they win instantly.

In your left-hand menu, click Instant Winners.
By default, only unpaid instant winners are shown.
Tick the checkbox beside the winner.
Click Bulk Actions in the top left.
Select Mark as Paid to update their status.
You can view the Latest Unpaid Instant Wins on the main dashboard, where you can also mark winners as paid once their prizes have been processed.
