Add Your Logo

Your logo is a key part of your raffle site’s branding. Here’s how to add it and make sure it looks right.

1. Upload Your Main Logo

1. In the admin panel, click Settings in the left-hand menu.

2. Scroll down to General.

3. Find Site Logo and click Edit to upload your main logo.

2. Set Up the Email Logo

If your logo is white, it won’t be visible on white email backgrounds. To fix this:

• Under Email Logo Override, upload a black version of your logo.

• If your logo is already black, just upload the same black logo again.

This ensures your logo looks good across all emails.

3. Adjust Logo Sizing and Spacing

To make sure your logo looks right on all devices play around with the below settings:

  • Site Logo Max Width Mobile – Adjusts logo size for mobile users.

  • Site Logo Max Width Desktop – Adjusts logo size for desktop.

If your logo feels too tight or too close to the edges in the header, you can adjust:

  • Header Height – Increases or decreases the depth of the main menu section.

  • Site Logo Spacing – Adds or removes spacing around your logo.

Please note that if your image contains excessive white space around the edges, it may appear smaller than intended. To ensure your logo displays at its maximum size, remove any unnecessary white space before uploading.
