# 3️⃣ Creating Your Company

Creating a Limited Company (LTD) / Sole Trader and applying for a business bank account.

### Todo:

1. Register your company using the video and advice from your own accountant below. *(Your company is not set in stone it can change should you need to down the line so not to worry)*
2. Once you are registered - open a business bank account with <https://www.zemplerbank.com/>
   * Zempler Bank (formerly 'Cashplus') is the only business bank that accepts new competition website business. If you are accepted by a different bank please email me and let me know.
   * When signing up to a business account, these banks will want you to choose a business category - people in the past have told me that the following category is the one to use:
   * <mark style="background-color:green;">**93290 | Other amusement and recreation activities n.e.c.**</mark>

We have found the majority of our customers register as a limited company for many reasons that are beneficial over being a sole trader.
