Product Categories

Product categories help organise your competitions, making it easier for customers to find what they’re interested in. While categories aren’t required, they’re useful if you have multiple types of co

1. Access the Product Categories Menu

• In the admin panel, click Product Categories in the left-hand menu.

• You’ll see a list of pre-set categories, but you can also create custom ones.

You can edit the descriptions of these by clicking into each category.

2. Adding a New Category

If you want to create a new category:

1. Click New Product Category in the top-right corner.

2. Enter a Category Name.

3. Add a Short Description (optional).

4. Click Create to save it.

Note: Categories will only appear on your site if there is at least one competition assigned to them.

3. Assigning a Competition to a Category

1. Go to Competitions in the admin panel.

2. Select the competition you want to categorise.

3. In the Competition Details section, find the Categories dropdown.

4. Select the relevant category (or multiple categories if needed).

5. Save your changes.
