Add Instant Wins
Instant Wins make raffles more exciting and increase ticket sales by letting players know immediately if they’ve won. Here’s how to add them to your competition.

Instant Wins make raffles more exciting and increase ticket sales by letting players know immediately if they’ve won. Here’s how to add them to your competition.

In the admin panel, click Competitions (left-hand menu).
Select the competition you want to add Instant Wins to.
In the top-right corner, click the Actions button to open the dropdown.
Click Create Instant Wins.
Upload an Image – This should represent the Instant Win prize.
Enter the Prize Name – Example: “£50 Cash Prize” or “Apple MacBook Pro.”
Set How Many Instant Wins Are Available – Choose how many times this prize can be won.
Click ‘Add Instant Win’ to add more prizes if needed.
Toggle Site Credit (Optional) – If you want the prize to be site credit instead of a cash prize.
Click Submit to Save.
When you create an Instant Win, the system randomly assigns winning ticket numbers.
You can manually add or remove specific numbers if needed.
As tickets are sold, customers will instantly find out if they’ve won.
Once saved, your competition will automatically assign Instant Wins as tickets are purchased.
Please note Instant Wins do not work with Sequential Tickets. You must select Standard or one of the game modes.
Instead of immediately seeing their result, customers can spin a wheel, play a slot machine or scratch a scratch card to reveal if they’ve won.
This adds an extra layer of excitement and keeps players engaged.
If you need to update an Instant Win after creating it:
Go to Competitions in the admin panel and select the competition with the Instant Win.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you’ll see tabs for Tickets, Instant Wins, Winners, and Instant Winners.
Click Instant Wins to view your current Instant Wins.
Click Tickets to open the editing panel.
Make your changes and save them.
This allows you to update prize details, adjust numbers, or remove Instant Wins as needed.
If you select one of our as the Game Type during competition setup, Instant Wins are revealed in a more interactive way.
