Managing Payouts

RaffleX makes it easy to payout your winners. You'll have all their details located in the admin panel, whether it's their address for posting prizes or their bank details for cash payouts.

Viewing Winner Details

1. Log in to your RaffleX Admin Dashboard

2. Find winners in either:

   • Latest Unpaid Instant Wins section on the Dashboard

   • Management → Instant Winners in the left menu

3. View all payment details including sort codes and account numbers directly in the admin panel

How Customers Add Bank Details

1. Log In to your account

2. Go to My Account in the navigation menu

3. Click Payouts in the account sidebar

4. Enter your bank details:

   • First Name

   • Last Name

   • Sort Code

   • Account Number

5. Save information

Making Payments

From Dashboard (Only for Instant Wins)

1. Find the winner in Latest Unpaid Instant Wins on your Dashboard

2. Use the provided bank details to send payment

3. Click the Mark paid button on that winner's card

4. The winner will disappear from the unpaid list

From Winners Lists

1. Go to Management → Instant Winners in the admin menu

2. View the list (filtered to show unpaid winners by default)

3. Process payments using the displayed bank details

4. Tick the checkboxes next to the winners you've paid

5. Click Bulk actions above the list

6. Select Mark as paid from the dropdown

7. Confirm the action when prompted

Clicking Mark as Paid will not send your customers their prize. It is your responsibility to ship the prize and/or process any payments to the customer.
