Safe Play Setting

RaffleX includes a Safe Play feature that lets your customers set their own spending limits.

What Customers Can Do

• Set a spending limit (daily, monthly, or yearly).

• Disable their account if they want to take a break.

How Customers Set Their Spending Limit

1. Log into their account.

2. Click My Account in the top menu.

3. Select Play Safe from the left-hand menu.

4. Enter a spending limit (per day, month, or year).

5. Click Save to apply the limits.

Be aware that after a customer changes their safe play settings, there is a 24 hour cooling off period before they can reset their settings.

Disable Safe Playing

If you want to disable the Safe Play feature, follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your RaffleX admin panel.

2. Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.

3. Scroll down to the General section.

4. Find Enable Safe Playing and click Edit.

5. Uncheck Enable Safe Playing and click Save.
