Add a Custom Slot Theme
You can now upload your own custom theme for slot games.
Set Up the Competition
Create your competition as usual.
Select Slots as the Game Type.
In the Theme dropdown, choose Custom Upload.
This will reveal two upload boxes, one for your reel images and one for your background image.
You’ll need 9 reel images + 1 background image.
Using the Canva Reel Template
Click here to access the Reels Template. You will use this to create your custom reels. Please note: You will need to create a free account with Canva to use this template.
Upload Your Images to Canva
Click Upload, then Upload Files.
Select your 9 images and background image. These will be saved to your uploads folder.
Set a Background
You can either upload an image or use a solid colour.
Click any white space around the image templates. This selects the whole design.
Right-click on your background image and choose ‘Set Image as Background’.
Add Your Reel Images
Drag your images into each of the 9 square spaces.
Try to centre each image within the square.
Important: The bottom image (last of your 9) will be assigned to Position 1, which is your main prize. Make sure this aligns with your intended top prize.
Downloading Your Reels
Once your reel layout is ready:
Click Share, then Download.
Change the file type to JPG.
Leave all other settings as they are and click Download.
Upload to RaffleX
Head back to your competition page.
In the Slot Reel Image Override section, upload your custom JPG.
For the background, repeat the process using the background template link and upload under Slot Background Image Override.
Click Save and you’re done.
