# Site Credit & Wallets

Your customers can earn and use site credit in a few different ways. Here's how it all works and how to manage it step by step.

### How Customers Can Earn Site Credit

#### Instant Wins

Add Instant Wins to your competitions and select "Site Credit" as the prize. [See how to add Instant Wins.](/create-your-first-raffle/add-instant-wins.md)

#### Site Credit Competitions

### Allow Customers to Withdraw from Wallet

1. Go to **Settings** in the left-hand menu.
2. Open the **Checkout & Payments** tab.
3. Click on **Allow Users To Withdraw Credit**.
4. Tick the box and click **Submit**.

### Add Site Credit to a Customer's Account

1. Click **Users** from the left-hand menu.
2. Find the user (use the search bar if needed) and click their profile.
3. Click the **Action** button (top right) and then **Wallet**.
4. Select **Add Site Credit** from the dropdown.
5. Enter the credit amount.
6. Add a note explaining why (e.g., competition win).
7. Click **Submit**.

### Set Up Cashback

1. Go to **Settings** in the menu.
2. Scroll to the **Checkout** section.
3. Click on **Cashback Percentage**.
4. Enter the cashback percentage (e.g., 10 for 10%).
5. Click **Submit**.

### Change Wallet Icon (Optional)

1. Go to **Settings** from the menu.
2. Open the **Branding** tab.
3. Find **Custom Icon** and click to open.
4. Upload your image.
5. Click **Submit**.

### How Customers Withdraw from Their Wallet

1. Customer clicks **My Account** from the menu.
2. Selects **Wallet** from the submenu.
3. Clicks the **Withdraw** button (if withdrawals are enabled).
4. Enters the amount to withdraw (cannot exceed balance).
5. Accepts your Terms and Conditions.
6. Clicks **Withdraw**.
