Your customers can earn and use site credit in a few different ways. Here's how it all works and how to manage it step by step.

Add Instant Wins to your competitions and select "Site Credit" as the prize.
Run a competition where the prize is site credit.
Set a cashback percentage so customers earn site credit for every £1 spent.
Go to Settings in the left-hand menu.
Scroll to the Checkout section.
Click on Allow Users to Withdraw from Wallet.
Tick the box and click Submit.
Click Users from the left-hand menu.
Find the user (use the search bar if needed) and click their profile.
Click the Action button (top right) and then Wallet.
Select Add Site Credit from the dropdown.
Enter the credit amount.
Add a note explaining why (e.g., competition win).
Click Submit.
Use this method to pay out competition wins in site credit.
Go to Settings in the menu.
Scroll to the Checkout section.
Click on Cashback Percentage.
Enter the cashback percentage (e.g., 10 for 10%).
Click Submit.
Go to Settings from the menu.
Scroll to the Checkout section.
Find Wallet Icon and click to open.
Upload your image.
Click Submit.
Ideal image size: 500px x 500px (square). This icon will replace the default coin icon in your main menu.
Customer clicks My Account from the menu.
Selects Wallet from the submenu.
Clicks the Withdraw button (if withdrawals are enabled).
Enters the amount to withdraw (cannot exceed balance).
Accepts your Terms and Conditions.
Clicks Withdraw.
It’s your responsibility to process the transfer to the customer's bank.
