We are not solicitors - below are ways that successful clients have navigated this area of getting started.

Two ways of making Terms and Conditions.

Option 1

Contacting a solicitor such as David from gridlaw.com ( who specialises in competition websites - he has a template to get you approved terms and conditions and you will work with him until you are both happy. These documents are then copy and pasted onto the site. Should their be other documents to add - you can easily create a new page and paste them in.

David also offers an RMG headed letter to verify your website for Facebooks requirements for paid advertising on "Real Money Gambling". to read more.

Option 2

Review the terms and conditions from multiple competition websites to understand common practices and requirements. Use these insights to draft your own terms and conditions as a starting point. This will be enough to get you started but as you scale, consider consulting with David from gridlaw.com about his product for further guidance.
