# SMS & Email

Connect your email marketing tools, send competition emails with JustNotify, sync customers to Klaviyo, reach customers by SMS, and understand how marketing consent works on your site.

Email and SMS are two of the best ways to bring customers back to your site, especially when a competition is about to close. Apart from [dropped basket reminders](/marketing/website-tools/dropped-basket-recovery.md), Rafflex does not send marketing campaigns itself. Instead, it connects to the marketing tools you already use (or would like to use) and keeps them up to date as customers opt in and out.

This section walks you through each option, so you can pick the one that suits your business and get it set up.

**Marketing emails and order emails are different things.** Order confirmations, password resets and other emails about a customer's account are sent by your site automatically, whatever tool you choose here. This section is only about **marketing**: promotions, new competition announcements and discount codes. You can connect one email marketing provider (JustNotify.io, Mailer Lite or Mailer Lite Classic) **and** Klaviyo at the same time. If you do, each customer who opts in is sent to both.
