Go to Settings in the left-hand menu.
Scroll to the Marketing section.
Find Top Banner Text.
Click Edit, enter your message, and Save Changes.
Go to Settings from the left sidebar
Find Marketing section by scrolling down the settings page
Locate "Scrolling Banner Text" within the Marketing group
Click Edit button next to this setting
Add banner messages:
Click "Add to Scrolling Banner Text" for first message
Click same button again for each additional message
Enter your text in each "Data*" input field
Save changes using the button at bottom of pop-up
