RaffleX offers a variety of instant win game modes to keep your customers engaged and excited. Each game type changes how winning tickets are revealed after purchase.

Instant win games add an interactive reveal experience for your customers. Instead of simply being told whether they've won, customers get to play a mini-game that reveals their result.

How Instant Win Games Work

1. A customer purchases tickets for a competition.

2. Each ticket is randomly assigned a number.

3. If that number matches an instant win prize, the game mode reveals their win interactively.

4. If it doesn't match, the game shows a "No Win" result.

Very occasionally a competition sells out in the moment a payment is being completed, so there are no longer enough numbers left to fulfil the order. When that happens the order is cancelled and the customer is automatically refunded to their site credit. You do not need to do anything. See When a Competition Sells Out Mid Purchase.

Important: For any game mode to work, you must have at least one instant win prize active in that competition. Learn how to add instant wins.

How to Set a Game Type

1. Go to Competitions in the left-hand menu.

2. Click Edit on the competition you want to update.

3. Find the Game Type dropdown.

4. Select your desired game mode.
