Draw Winners Export

Export a list of your main competition draw winners with their prize details, contact information, banking details, and payment status.

The Draw Winners Export gives you a record of everyone who has won a main competition draw. Each row includes the winning ticket number, the competition and prize, the winner's contact and banking details, and whether the prize has been paid. Use this export to process prize payments and keep a clear record of your draw outcomes.

This is the main draw equivalent of the Instant Winners Export. One covers your instant win prizes, the other covers your main competition draws.

How to Generate

1. Go to Downloads in the left-hand menu.

2. Click Data Export.

3. Select Draw Winners from the list.

4. Set your date range and payment status filter.

5. Click Generate.

You will receive an email when the export is ready.

Filters

• Date range: Only include winners drawn within this period. This report is limited to a maximum date range of six months.

• Payment status: Filter by All, Paid, or Unpaid winners. The Unpaid filter is useful for seeing which prizes you still need to pay out.

This report has a maximum date range of six months. If you need to export winners from a longer period, run multiple exports using separate date ranges.

What's Included

Each row represents one draw winner and includes:

• Winning ticket number

• Competition (product) title

• Prize

• Winner's full name, email address, and phone number

• Full address (street, town, county, postcode, country)

• Bank sort code, account number, and IBAN

• Whether the prize has been paid (Yes or No)

• Date and time the prize was won
