# Customer Withdrawals

Export a record of customer withdrawal requests with amounts, status and bank details. Filter by date and by paid or unpaid requests.

***

The Customer Withdrawals report gives you a record of the [withdrawal requests](/essential-settings/wallet-and-withdrawals.md) your customers have made, as a spreadsheet (CSV file). Each row is one request and includes the customer's details, the amount, whether it has been paid, and the bank details the customer has saved.

Use it to:

* Get a list of every request you still need to pay, with the bank details in one place.
* Keep a record of withdrawals you have paid, for your bookkeeping.
* Check the total value of withdrawals over a month or quarter.

If you would rather see one row per customer with their totals added up, use the [Customer Withdrawal Summary](/downloads-and-reports/downloads/customer-withdrawal-summary.md) instead.

### How to Generate

1. In the **admin panel**, open **Analytics** from the left-hand menu.
2. Click the **Download Reports** button at the top of the page. This opens the **Downloads** page.
3. Click **Generate Report**.
4. Choose **Customer Withdrawals** from the menu. It sits in the group with Coupon ROI Analysis, Wallet Credit Usage and Users.
5. Set your **Date Range** and **Payment Status** (see below).
6. Click **Submit**.

You will see a **Download Started** message. The report is prepared in the background, and you will receive an email when it is ready. You can also stay on the **Downloads** page and click **Download** next to the report once its status shows as complete. In the list, it appears as **Customer Withdrawals Report**.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Can't see the Download Reports button?** Contact Rafflex support and we will help you get access. If you are a staff member and cannot see **Analytics** in the menu at all, your account probably has the **Restrict Financials** restriction, which blocks Analytics and all downloads. The site owner can change this, as explained in [Staff Accounts and Access](/managing-your-site/customers/staff-accounts-and-access.md).
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
You can have up to 3 reports being prepared at once. If you see **Report Limit Reached**, wait for one to finish before starting another.
{% endhint %}

### Filters

#### Date Range

Choose one of the ready made ranges: **Last 1 Day**, **Last 3 Days**, **Last 5 Days**, **Last 7 Days**, **Last 14 Days**, **Last 30 Days** (the default) or **Last 60 Days**.

To pick your own dates, choose **Custom**. Two date boxes appear, **From Date** and **To Date**. A custom range can cover up to 3 months. For a longer period, run the report more than once and combine the files.

Requests are included based on the date the customer **made the request**, not the date you paid it.

#### Payment Status

* **All** (the default). Every request in the date range, including any you have rejected.
* **Paid**. Only requests you have marked as paid.
* **Unpaid**. Only requests that are still waiting for you. Rejected requests are not included, because the money has already gone back to the customer's wallet.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Building a payment list.** Choose **Unpaid** with a date range long enough to cover your oldest outstanding request (for example **Last 60 Days**). You then have every request still to pay, with the bank details alongside.
{% endhint %}

### What's Included

Each row represents one withdrawal request. The newest requests are at the top.

| Column             | What it shows                                                                                          |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Withdrawal ID** | The request's reference number. It matches the **ID** on the **Withdrawals** page in your admin panel. |
| **Customer Name** | The name on the customer's account. It shows **N/A** if the customer's account has since been deleted. |
| **Customer Email** | The customer's account email address, or **N/A** if the account has been deleted. |
| **Amount (£)** | The amount the customer asked to withdraw. |
| **Wallet** | The wallet the money was taken from. This is normally **Site Credit**. |
| **Status** | **Paid**, **Unpaid** or **Rejected**. |
| **Account Number** | The bank account number from the customer's payout details. |
| **Sort Code** | The bank sort code from the customer's payout details. |
| **IBAN** | The IBAN from the customer's payout details, if they entered one. |
| **Date Requested** | When the customer made the request. |
| **Date Updated** | When the request last changed, for example when you marked it as paid or rejected it. |

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Bank details are the customer's current details.** The account number, sort code and IBAN come from what the customer has saved on their **Payouts** page today. If they have changed their details since making the request, the file shows the new ones. Always check the details before you send money, as explained in [Processing Withdrawals](/essential-settings/wallet-and-withdrawals/processing-withdrawals.md).
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" %}
**This file contains customer bank details.** Keep it somewhere secure, only share it with people who need it, and delete your copy when you have finished. You can also remove it from the **Downloads** page by clicking **Delete** next to the report.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Sort codes or account numbers missing a leading 0?** Spreadsheet programs such as Excel often remove a 0 at the start of a number. Sort codes and account numbers are saved in the file as digits only, so if one looks a digit short, format that column as **Text** before opening the file, or check the details on the customer's account.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Amounts are labelled with a £ sign.** If your site uses another currency, the figures are still in your own currency. Only the symbol in the file is different.
{% endhint %}
