# Customer Withdrawal Summary

Get one row per customer summarising their withdrawal requests. See totals, paid and unpaid amounts, averages, dates and bank details in one report.

***

The Customer Withdrawal Summary adds up each customer's [withdrawal](/essential-settings/wallet-and-withdrawals.md) requests and gives you one row per customer, as a spreadsheet (CSV file). For each customer you can see how many requests they made, how much they asked for in total, how much you have paid, how much is still outstanding, and the bank details they have saved.

Use it to:

* See which customers withdraw the most, and how often.
* Check how much you still owe each customer in one glance.
* Spot patterns, such as a customer making lots of small requests, that you may want to look into.

If you want one row for every individual request instead, use the [Customer Withdrawals](/downloads-and-reports/downloads/customer-withdrawals.md) report.

### How to Generate

1. In the **admin panel**, open **Analytics** from the left-hand menu.
2. Click the **Download Reports** button at the top of the page. This opens the **Downloads** page.
3. Click **Generate Report**.
4. Choose **Customer Withdrawal Summary** from the menu. It sits in the group with Coupon ROI Analysis, Wallet Credit Usage and Users.
5. Set your **Date Range** (see below).
6. Click **Submit**.

You will see a **Download Started** message. The report is prepared in the background, and you will receive an email when it is ready. You can also stay on the **Downloads** page and click **Download** next to the report once its status shows as complete. In the list, it appears as **Customer Withdrawal Summary Report**.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Can't see the Download Reports button?** Contact Rafflex support and we will help you get access. If you are a staff member and cannot see **Analytics** in the menu at all, your account probably has the **Restrict Financials** restriction, which blocks Analytics and all downloads. The site owner can change this, as explained in [Staff Accounts and Access](/managing-your-site/customers/staff-accounts-and-access.md).
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
You can have up to 3 reports being prepared at once. If you see **Report Limit Reached**, wait for one to finish before starting another.
{% endhint %}

#### Date Range

Choose one of the ready made ranges: **Last 1 Day**, **Last 3 Days**, **Last 5 Days**, **Last 7 Days**, **Last 14 Days**, **Last 30 Days** (the default) or **Last 60 Days**.

To pick your own dates, choose **Custom**. Two date boxes appear, **From Date** and **To Date**. A custom range can cover up to 3 months. For a longer period, run the report more than once and combine the files.

Only requests the customer **made** within the date range are added up. Customers who made no requests in the range are left out of the report.

| **Total Withdrawals** | How many withdrawal requests the customer made in the date range. |
| **Total Withdrawn (£)** | The total of all those requests added together. |
| **Paid (£)** | The total of the requests you have marked as paid. |
| **Unpaid (£)** | The total of the requests still waiting to be paid. |
| **Paid Count** | How many requests you have marked as paid. |
| **Unpaid Count** | How many requests are still waiting to be paid. |
| **Average Withdrawal (£)** | The average size of the customer's requests. |
| **First Withdrawal** | When the customer made their first request within the date range. |
| **Last Withdrawal** | When the customer made their most recent request within the date range. |
| **Account Number** | The bank account number from the customer's payout details. |
| **Sort Code** | The bank sort code from the customer's payout details. |
| **IBAN** | The IBAN from the customer's payout details, if they entered one. |
| **Payout Name** | The first and last name the customer entered with their bank details. |

{% hint style="info" %}
**Why don't Paid and Unpaid add up to Total Withdrawn?** Requests you have [rejected](/essential-settings/wallet-and-withdrawals/processing-withdrawals.md#how-to-reject-a-withdrawal) are counted in **Total Withdrawals**, **Total Withdrawn (£)** and **Average Withdrawal (£)**, but they are neither paid nor unpaid. The money was returned to the customer's wallet, so it is not counted as owed. If a customer has a rejected request, their Paid and Unpaid figures will add up to less than the total.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Bank details are the customer's current details.** They come from what the customer has saved on their **Payouts** page today, not what they had when they made each request. Before paying anything, check the request itself on the **Withdrawals** page, as explained in [Processing Withdrawals](/essential-settings/wallet-and-withdrawals/processing-withdrawals.md).
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" %}
**This file contains customer bank details.** Keep it somewhere secure, only share it with people who need it, and delete your copy when you have finished. You can also remove it from the **Downloads** page by clicking **Delete** next to the report.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Sort codes or account numbers missing a leading 0?** Spreadsheet programs such as Excel often remove a 0 at the start of a number. If one looks a digit short, format that column as **Text** before opening the file, or check the details on the customer's account.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Amounts are labelled with a £ sign.** If your site uses another currency, the figures are still in your own currency. Only the symbol in the file is different.
{% endhint %}
