Customer Value Report

See how much each customer has spent on your site, their order history, and full contact details. Useful for identifying your highest-value buyers.

The Customer Value Report gives you a complete picture of each customer's spending on your site. It includes their total lifetime spend, number of orders, average order value, and wallet balance, alongside their full contact and address details.

How to Generate

  1. Go to Downloads in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Generate Report.

  3. Select Customer Value Report from the list.

  4. Set your date range (or leave it blank to include all time).

  5. Optionally set a minimum spend to filter out low-value customers.

  6. Click Generate.

You will receive an email when the report is ready. You can also download it from the Downloads page.

Filters

  • Date range: Limit the report to orders placed within a specific period.

  • Minimum spend: Only include customers who have spent at least a set amount (in pounds).

Leave the date range blank to include all orders across the lifetime of your site.

What's Included

Each row in the CSV represents one customer and includes:

  • Customer ID, first name, last name, display name, and email address

  • Phone number

  • Profile first name, last name, email, and phone number (the contact details captured on their profile)

  • Full address (street, town, county, country, postcode)

  • Date the account was created

  • Total number of orders placed

  • Lifetime spend, split into card spend and site credit spend

  • Average order value and highest single order

  • Total number of tickets purchased

  • Current wallet balance

Card Spend is the amount a customer paid through the card payment gateway (this includes PayPal and the card portion of a partial payment). Credit Spend is the amount they paid using site credit from their wallet. Add the two together and you get their lifetime spend. All spend figures count completed orders only.
