# Behaviour Interventions Export

Export a record of the behaviour interventions triggered on your site, including the customer, the limit reached, and whether they responded to the reality check.

***

If you use [behaviour interventions](/standards/player-protections/behaviour-interventions.md) to support responsible play, this export gives you a record of the interventions triggered on your site, as a spreadsheet (CSV file). Each row shows which customer went over one of your limits, which limit it was, the figure they reached, and whether they have responded to the reality check.

Use it to:

* Keep a long term record of interventions for your responsible play policy.
* Review how often interventions are triggered, and for which limits, when deciding whether your limits are set sensibly.
* Build a follow up list of customers who have not yet responded to a reality check.

### How to Generate

1. In the **admin panel**, open **Analytics** from the left-hand menu.
2. Click the **Download Reports** button at the top of the page. This opens the **Downloads** page.
3. Click **Data Export**.
4. Choose **Behaviour Interventions** from the menu.
5. Set your **Date Range**, **Threshold Type** and **Status** (see below).
6. Click **Submit**.

You will see a **Download Started** message. The export is prepared in the background, and you will receive an email when it is ready. You can also stay on the **Downloads** page and click **Download** next to the export once its status shows as complete. In the list, it appears as **Behaviour Interventions Export**.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Can't see the Download Reports button?** Contact Rafflex support and we will help you get access. If you are a staff member and cannot see **Analytics** in the menu at all, your account probably has the **Restrict Financials** restriction, which blocks Analytics and all downloads. The site owner can change this, as explained in [Staff Accounts and Access](/managing-your-site/customers/staff-accounts-and-access.md).
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
You can have up to 3 reports being prepared at once. If you see **Report Limit Reached**, wait for one to finish before starting another.
{% endhint %}

#### Date Range

This export starts on **All Time**, which includes every intervention ever recorded on your site.

You can also choose one of the ready made ranges: **Last 1 Day**, **Last 3 Days**, **Last 5 Days**, **Last 7 Days**, **Last 14 Days**, **Last 30 Days** or **Last 60 Days**. To pick your own dates, choose **Custom**. Two date boxes appear, **From Date** and **To Date**. A custom range can cover up to 3 months.

Interventions are included based on the date they were **triggered**.

#### Threshold Type

Choose which limit you want to see:

* **All Types** (the default).
* **Orders Per Day**, **Orders Per Week** or **Orders Per Month**.
* **Spend Per Day**, **Spend Per Week** or **Spend Per Month**.

#### Status

* **All** (the default). Every intervention, whether or not the customer has responded.
* **Acknowledged**. Only interventions where the customer has responded to the reality check.
* **Unacknowledged**. Only interventions still waiting for the customer to respond.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Building a follow up list.** Choose **All Time** and set **Status** to **Unacknowledged**. You get every customer who has not yet responded to a reality check, which you can work through and decide whether to get in touch.
{% endhint %}

### What's Included

Each row represents one intervention. The most recent are at the top.

| Column              | What it shows                                                                                     |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **ID** | The intervention's reference number. It matches the **#** column on the **Interventions** screen. |
| **Triggered At** | The date and time the intervention was triggered. |
| **User ID** | The customer's account number on your site. |
| **Email**           | The customer's account email address.                                                             |
| **Name** | The name on the customer's account. |
| **Threshold Type** | Which limit was reached, for example **Spend Per Week** or **Orders Per Day**. |
| **Limit** | The limit you had set at the time. Spend limits are shown with your site's currency symbol. |
| **Actual** | The customer's figure when the intervention was triggered, shown the same way as **Limit**. |
| **Order ID** | The order that triggered the intervention. |
| **Email Sent At** | When the intervention email was sent to the customer. Blank if no email was sent. |
| **Acknowledged At** | When the customer responded to the reality check. Blank if they have not responded yet. |

{% hint style="info" %}
**Want to see what the customer chose?** This export shows **when** a customer responded, but not **which option** they picked (for example taking a break or setting a spending limit). You can see that in the **Response** column on the **Interventions** screen under **Customers**. See [Reviewing interventions](/standards/player-protections/behaviour-interventions.md#reviewing-interventions).
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" %}
**This file contains personal details.** Information about a customer's spending and play is sensitive. Keep the file somewhere secure, only share it with people who need it, and delete your copy when you have finished. You can also remove it from the **Downloads** page by clicking **Delete** next to the export.
{% endhint %}
